A: Our products consist of quality natural ingredients such as shea and cocoa butter, coconut, olive oils, beeswax, essential and vitamin E oils, etc.  

Q. When should I expect my order?
A. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. For your convenience, we have updated our shipping to Flexible Shipping options.  Depending on the weight of your item, shipping prices start at $3.75 to $7.50.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number with the email provided.

Q. Are Essentials Oils Safe?

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A.  All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.  A full refund will be provided within 24-48 hours after cancellation.  Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Q. What is the expiration date of your product?
A. Because our items are made with organic ingredients with natural preservatives, we suggest using our product up to 24 months from the purchase date. Please visit our About page for Care and Use Tips.

Q. Does your product work for sensitive or dry skin?
A. Our product was created for this very reason, the ingredients were chosen to nourish the skin and keep it moisturized.  Although this is the reason it was created, we cannot make any medical claims about our product.  Please see our Disclaimer page.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to the hygienic nature of our product, once a product has been shipped, all sales are final.   

Q. My items are missing or damaged?
A. Regarding missing items, our products are shipped with individual tracking numbers.  If items are damaged upon arrival please send images with your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will remedy the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Q. Do you have additional forms of payment?
A. We have chosen Paypal as a convenient and secure payment option, we have personally used for years.  However, we do offer additional payment options please email us your request.
