Q: Can you describe your product?
A: The base formula of all our products consists of quality natural ingredients such as shea and cocoa butter, coconut, olive oils, beeswax, essential and vitamin E oils, etc.  Please note we are experimenting with fragrance oil options in our skin care products. Please read product descriptions for more details.

Q. When should I expect my order?
A. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.  Also, free shipping on items over $40.  Orders under $40: shipping rates start at $4.50 -$11. 00 based on package weight (domestic shipping only, subject to USPS rate changes). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number with the email provided.

Q. Are Essentials Oils Safe?

A. We have carefully selected our high-quality oils for their benefits and safe usage.  

Q. How can I cancel my order?

A.  All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.  A full refund will be provided within 24-48 hours after cancellation.  Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Q. What is the expiration date of your product?
A. Because our items are made with organic ingredients with natural preservatives, we suggest using our product up to 24 months from the purchase date. Please visit our About page for Care and Use Tips.

Q. Does your product work for sensitive or dry skin?
A. Our nourishing products were created to aid in skin and hair health. However, we cannot make any medical claims about our products.  Please see our Disclaimer page.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Due to the hygienic nature of our product, once a product has been shipped, all sales are final.   

Q. My items are missing or damaged?
A. Regarding missing items, our products are shipped with individual tracking numbers.  If items are damaged upon arrival please send images with your exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.  We will remedy the issue and get your order to you as soon as possible.

Q. Do you have additional forms of payment?
A. We have chosen Paypal as a convenient and secure payment option, we have personally used for years.  However, we do offer additional payment options. Please email us your request.
